Alvaro Tony Navarette, 59, of Odessa was called home on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. He was born November 30, 1953 in Pecos, Texas to Calistro and Refugia Cuca Navarette.
We are celebrating the life of this wonderful father, son, brother, cousin, uncle, friend, and grandfather. Although he was with us for a short time, he brought so much life to everyone he touched. Tonys lighthearted nature brought laughter to those around him. He supported so many with his kind acts of love and peace. Tony was a wonderful example of Jesus love. His selflessness knew no boundaries. He provided for so many with his time and efforts. He always had a smile on his face no matter what this life fired at him. He spent his free time driving to Pecos to enjoy his family, especially his grandkids. Tony had many friends he considered family. He will always be loved by those who have encountered his joy. Although he is gone, he will always be remembered with wonderful memories and experiences we share together. He has finally arrived in heaven, united with family members patiently awaiting us.
Tony is preceded in death by his father, Calistro Navarette. He is survived by his loving mother, Refugia Cuca Navarette of Barstow daughter Monica Saldana and husband Alfredo of Pecos daughter Tiffany Navarette of Pecos son Peter Juarez and wife Belinda of Pecos two brothers Pablo Navarette of Barstow and Albert Navarette of Tyler one sister Sandra Jasso of Monahans five beautiful grandchildren Brittany and Ezekiel Saldana, Hailey Mandell, Peter and Jaiden Juarez, all of Pecos along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
