Ana Barreno

Ana Lusia Barreno of Bayard, New Mexico received her wings on March 14, 2021 and was welcomed home by our Heavenly Father.  She was born January 20, 1961 to Juan and Maria Barreno in Los Angeles, California.

Ana was a dedicated wife, a loving mother and sister. She was an adoring Grandmother who loved her grandbabies and was very proud of all of them.  She is preceded in death by her parents Juan & Maria Barreno, brothers Pedro Barreno, Juan Inez Barreno & Marcos Barreno.

Ana is survived by her husband Ralph Montez, her daughter Amelia Reyes & husband Jody Reyes, her son Daniel Barreno & wife Jenny, son Enrique Barreno, son Junior Montez & wife Vanessa, son Michael Montez & wife Ashley, as well as 14 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.  She also leaves behind 2 brothers, Jose Barreno and Jesus Barreno and 4 sisters, Laura Gonzalez, Magdalena Estrada, Maria Teresa Gayton & Dora Alegria Valeriano as well as many nieces & nephews.  Ana our wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin & friend.

Visitation will be held at Pecos Funeral Home on Monday March 22, 2021 from 1 pm to 4 pm. Masks and Social Distancing is required at all times.
