Consuelo Munoz

Consuelo M. Munoz, 78, passed away peacefully at home on July 2, 2022, in Pecos, Tx. Consuelo was born in Conchos, Chih. Mex. to Alfonso and Manuela Martinez on September 25, 1943. She married Jose Ramon Munoz on February 19, 1966, in Conchos, Chih. Mex. For many years she worked on the farm alongside her husband and kids, as well as being a homemaker. Dedicated to the Catholic church she served her community and was in the choir. She was a devoted spouse, mother, and grandmother showering everyone with unconditional love and kindness.

Consuelo is preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Manuela Martinez, her brother, Emilion Martinez, and her son Hugo Munoz.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Ramon Munoz; her four sons, Arturo Munoz, Noah (Mayra) Munoz, Dago (Rebecca) Munoz, and Victor Hugo (Lilia) Munoz; her sister, Angelina Castro; her grandchildren, Jacob, Noah Joshua, Arturo Alejandro, Keirreanna, Vanessa, Angela, Marifey, Marcela, Amaya, and Jeremiah Munoz; Her great-grandchildren, Leelan, Leenah, Nicholas, Novalee, Avian, Bentley, Lucas, and Kamila Munoz.

Pallbearers are Noah Munoz, Dago Munoz, Victor H. Munoz, Jacob Munoz, Noah Joshua Munoz, and Arturo Alejandro Munoz

Honorary Pallbearers are Arturo Munoz and Jeremiah Munoz

Visitation will be held at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home from 12 pm. to 9 pm. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 with Rosary at 7 pm.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, July 6 at the Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mount Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Gardens Funeral Home.
