Consuelo "Connie" Esparza

Consuelo "Connie" Sosa Esparza, 77, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Connie was born in Grandfalls, Texas to Bartolo Sanchez and Josefa Fuentez on May 22, 1944. She married Luis Esparza on March 13, 1980 in Pecos, Texas.

Connie is preceded in death by her parent's Bartolo Sanchez and Josefa Fuentez. Siblings Ismael, Daniel and Yaya Fuentez, Maria Hernandez, Amelia Granado, Leticia Sosa. Children Ricky Sosa Millan, Suzanne Louise Millan.

She is survived by her husband Luis Esparza of 41 years. Son JoeRay Millan Sr. of Eaglepass, Tx., Daughter Debbie and husband Mickey Gabaldon of Odessa, Tx.. Sister Sally Fuentez Chavez, brothers Manuel Fuentez, and Isreal Fuentez, Grandchildren Christopher Millan, Ashley Hernandez, Selena Delgado, BJ Salcido, Mallory and Colton Enman, Angel Womack, Angie, Andrea, Anabel, JoeRay, Timothoy, Jashua Millan, LLene Lopez, Karissa Hernandez, Gisselle Millan and 44 Great-Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Chris, JoeRay, Timothy and Jashua Millan, Colton Enmon and Mickey Gabaldon.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 9am to 9pm with prayer service at 7pm. and Friday morning from 9am to 12pm, at Pecos Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 1pm at Word of Hope Christian Church at 505 E. 3rd. St. in Pecos, Texas. Masks are to be worn. Interment will follow after funeral service at Greenwood Cemetery.
