Corey Trent Davis, a beloved son, nephew, cousin, and friend went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 22, 2024.
Born on February 1, 1975, Trent was a true Texas cowboy, known for his kind heart and infectious laughter.
Trent was preceded in death by his mother Janna Davis. He is survived by his father, Craig Davis of Whitney and his son Matt Pass of Victoria, Texas.
A native Texas, Trent was proud of his heritage and his love for the West. He was even featured in the West of the Pecos Museum for participating in a wild horse race alongside the Clark brothers. His time as a Sheriff’s Deputy in Ft. Davis further solidified his reputation as a dedicated public servant.
Trent’s positive attitude and unwavering optimism touched the lives of many. He had a unique ability to find humor in any situation, bringing joy to those around him. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Church of Christ in Pecos, Texas, for their unwavering support and care during Trent’s final years.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the church of Christ, 1321 W. 4th Street, Pecos, Texas.
