David Baeza

David L. Baeza, of Balmorhea Tx, passed away on November 26th, 2021 in Pecos Tx.
David was born in Balmorhea Tx to Irma and Arcadio Baeza on September 12th, 1955.
He went to school at Pecos Highschool. He married Araceli Garay on October 28th, 1994 at KIUN Studios in Pecos, Tx. He worked as a radio announcer for KIUN, KMRK, and Clear Channel Radio for 35 years. He played Tejano music with famous Tejano such as, The Challenger band, and La Elegancia band from the 1970s’ through the 90’s.
David is preceded in death by his parents Irma and Arcadio Baeza, wife Araceli Baeza, and grandson Jordan Rumbaugh.
David is survived by his children Jonathan Baeza, Ashley and Ismael Mendoza, Austin and Stephanie Baeza, Gary Rumbaugh iii, Jerry and Sabrina Rumbaugh, and Brian Rumbaugh,  also by his siblings Oscar Baeza, Arcadio Baeza, and Francis Flores and 13 loving Grandchildren.

Viewing and visitation from 9am-7pm Wednesday December 1st and Service 11am Thursday December 2nd, at Pecos Funeral Home 607 W. 3rd Pecos TX 79772

Funeral services will be held Thursday December 2nd 2021, at Pecos Funeral Home with Lee Serrano of Word of Hope Church, officiating.  Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to Pecos Funeral Home on Wednesday December 1st and Thursday December 2nd 2021. The family of David Baeza wishes to extend our sincere thanks to family friends, Onda Car club and Navajeros M.C.
