Deborah Elizabeth Ratliff

Deborah Elizabeth Howard Ratliff, 71, of Euless, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Deborah was born on February 12, 1952 to Truitt Clifton Howard and Frieda Scheuer in Dallas, Texas. She work for Sam's Club for 12 years. Deborah married Raymond Mendoza in 1995 in Bedford, Texas.

Deborah is preceded in death by her parents Truitt Clinton Howard and Frieda Scheuer, and sister Jennifer Howard Bassett.

Deborah is survived by her husband Raymond Mendoza of Euless, Texas, Daughters Julie Moore and Janelle Ratliff of Wichita, Texas, brother Ruby Neil Howard of Wichita, Texas, and Teresa Howard Wiist of Gary City, Texas.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 9 am to 9 pm at Pecos Funeral Home with rosary at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 10 am at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church in Pecos, Texas.

Interment will follow after Mass at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, Texas.
