Douglas Alfred Miller was born January 11, 1940 and God took him home on September 20, 2022.

Funeral Service for Doug will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:00 am at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel

Burial will follow at Mt.Evergreen Cemetery

He was preceded in death by his parents Buck and Edith Miller, his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. DD Dean, his sister Sis Miller, and his brother Mikey Miller.

Doug is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Glena Miller, his daughter Deena Ann Miller-Jones and her husband James Jones, his son David Allen Miller, their wonderful mother Barbara Nelson, who gave him his precious children, his step-children Trey and Amy Miller, Jim and Trudi Miller, and Robin Miller Paul and Toby Paul, his precious grandchildren Michael Miller, Landon Gill, Jimmy and Imelda Miller, Montgomery Miller, Steven Miller, and William Miller, Charlie Branch, the son Doug and Glena never had together, his other adopted daughters Michelle Strain and her daughter Larkin Strain, Genessa Avera, and Amy Compton. This is a time of sorrow, but also a time of survival and laughter.

Pallbearers will be Richard Nolen, Grandson’s, Michael Miller, Landon Gill, James Miller, Steven Miller, William Miller

Everyone is invited for a time of fellowship at the Pecos Valley Country Club Following the Funeral Service
