First Lady, Ella Mae Henderson of the House of Prayer Baptist Church put her hand in Jesus hand on March 2, 2018 at Medical Center Hospital with all of her family around her bed as she gave her ticket for her trip to heaven.
First Lady was born to Mary Ella Johnson Davis and Jimmie L Davis on December 11, 1940 in Frankston Texas.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Mary Ella Johnson Davis, Father Jimmy L Davis Two Sons; Booker T Fobbs and Wesley Jr Dixon; Great- Grandson: Baby John Davis and Two Great-grandchildren: Hope and Faith Hargers.
She is survived by her husband Rev James T Henderson, Daughter Pamela Richardson and husband Alvin Richardson. Two Sons: Nathaniel Fobbs and wife Lupita Fobbs, and John L Davis and wife Christina Davis.
Grandchildren; Philonicus Fobbs, Clarissa Fobbs, Cassandra Fobbs, Booker T Fobbs Jr. Kendrick Evans, Nathaniel Fobbs Jr., Christopher Fobbs, Jennifer Fobbs, Sylvia Davis, Ella Mae Davis Tarin, Myron Jenkins Jr., Marcel Jenkins, and Makiye Jenkins. She also susrived by 21 Great -Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 13, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 am to 8:00 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held on Thursday March 15, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Bill Veal of Odessa Officiating.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Services are the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.
