Elpidio was born on November 16, 1923 in Ojinaga, Mexico
Visitation will be held on Wednesday Dec, 27 from 1:00 PM to 9 :00 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel and also on Thursday Dec. 28, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 Pm
Rosary will be held on Thursday Dec. 28, 2017 at 7:30 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass will be held on Friday Dec. 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Elpidio is preceded in death by his son Raul Sotelo.
Elpidio is survived by a Son Mario B Sotelo of Odessa, Tx and Two Daughters; Sulema S Abila of Pecos, TX and Irma B Gochicoa of Odessa, Texas and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and also numerous Nieces and nephews and other.
Services are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.
