Fidencia Castillo Lopez, 82, of Pecos, TX, passed away on February 14th 2019 in Odessa, TX.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, February 17, 2019 & 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday, February 18, 2019 at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.
A Prayer Service will be held at 5:00 PM Monday, February 18, 2019, followed by a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church, 620 E 4th St in Pecos, TX. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Fidencia Castillo Lopez was born in Balmorhea, TX to Rosalia Amaya Castillo & Santiago Villalobos Castillo on November 16th 1936. She went to school at Balmorhea. She married Pedro Salgado Lopez on June 6th 1956 in Pecos, TX. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, as well as a loving sister & aunt. She was simply known best to everyone as Mami. She was full of love and a such a great storyteller. She loved music and you would always hear her humming a song. Mami, you will live on in all of our hearts forever.

Fidencia Castillo Lopez is preceded in death by her husband Pedro S. Lopez, her children Ruben & Rosa Lopez, her parents Rosalia & Santiago Lopez and her sisters Lydia Castillo Rodriguez & Ramona Castillo.

Fidencia Castillo Lopez is survived by her children, Robert Lopez and his wife Sylvia, Rudy Lopez and his wife Ludy, Mary Jane Granado and her husband Arnulfo, Jr., Susan Lopez, Irene Martinez and her husband Mike, her brothers, Santiago Castillo Jr., Jano Castillo and Juan Castillo, her sisters Monse Castillo and Celia Castillo, 19 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Robert Lopez Jr., Isaac Lopez, Rudy Lopez Jr., Fidel Rodriguez Jr., Arnulfo L. Granado III, Raul Granado, Angel Granado, Mike Martinez Jr. and John Vargas Jr.
