Frances Marquez

Frances Marquez 93, of Pecos was called to her heavenly home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Tuesday September 17, 2019 in Odessa, Tx.

She was born to Sotero B. Villaloboz and Cecilia Hinojos in Loraine, Tx.

She married Alexander Subia Marquez Sr. January 1, 1943 in Pecos, Texas

Frances was a retired Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) after 30 years of service and was a devout Roman Catholic and a member of the Santa Rosa de Lima Guadalupanas.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband Alexander S. Marquez Sr., daughter Carmen Payan, son Ray Marquez, sisters Trini Dominguez, Dominga Ybarra and brother Manuel Villaloboz.

Frances is survived by her 5 daughters Alice Porras and husband Rudy of Weeki Wachee, Fl., Sally Marquez of Pico Rivera, Ca., Jeannie Marquez of Odessa, Tx., Belinda Morin and husband Frank of Pecos, Tx. and Grace Marquez of Odessa, Tx. 5 sons Alex Marquez Jr. and wife Sylvia of Pecos, Tx., Jacob Marquez and wife Amy of Pecos, Tx., Mickey Marquez and wife Mary Jane of Pecos, Tx., John Marquez of Odessa, Tx., and Jaime Marquez and wife Estella of Pecos, Tx.

Ms. Marquez also leaves to cherish her memories 27 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation is set for Thursday September 19, 2019 from 9am-9pm with a scheduled rosary at 7:30pm at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be celebrated 2pm Friday September 20, 2019 at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Santa Rosa Catholic cemetery.
