Jesus Tarin

Jesus Q. Tarin, 85, of Pecos was called by the Lord on May 16, 2019.
Jesus was born in El Carrizo, Mexico to Jose Maria Tarin and Antonia Quiroz Tarin on July 16, 1933. He married Margie C. Tarin on December 26, 1996 in Pecos, Texas. He worked in the Construction Industry. He had a love for horses, horseraces, rodeos, and livestock.
He is proceeded in death by his first wife, Candida Gomez Tarin, a grandson, Julian Matt Tarin, great granddaughter Cora Anne Casarez, three brothers, one sister, a stepsons, Lynn DoPorto and Eddie DoPorto and his parents.
Jesus is survived by his spouse, Margie C. Tarin; son, Jesus Tarin, Jr. and wife Irene G. Tarin; daughter, Sulema T. Casarez and spouse Arturo Casarez; son, Roberto (Bobby) Tarin and wife Lori Tarin,; daughter, Dianna T. Ornelas and spouse James Ornelas; step-children, Susan Garcia, Shirley Ann DoPorto, Sandra Florez, and Gary Lee DoPorto. His siblings, Jose Angel Tarin, Manuela Rodriguez, Angel Tarin, Primo Tarin, Nero Tarin, Mauela T. Rodriguez, Jose Maria Tarin, Jr.; step sister, Manuelita Rodriguez.
Grandchildren, Adrian Tarin, Katie Tarin, Valerie Tarin, Roberto Tarin, Jr., Jazelle Tarin, Zachary Segura, Isaac Chavez, Arielle Tarin, Amanda Casarez, Andrew Casarez, Abigail Rodriguez, Christopher J. Ornelas. Eighteen Great Grandchildren also survive.
Pallbearers will include Adrian Tarin, Roberto Tarin III, Andrew Casarez, Christopher Ornelas, Fabian Tarin, and Carlos Tarin.
Visitation will be on Sunday, May 19, from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, May 20 from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm with Rosary to be said at 7:30 pm. at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home. Mass will be on Tuesday, May 21 at 2p.m. at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
