Joe Angel was born in Odessa, Texas on June 5, 1998.

Joe angel is survived by his parents Jessica Carrasco and Ruben Ortiz Sr.  two sisters Jaquelyn Carrasco of Barstow and Rebecca Carrasco of Odessa, TX.,.Brother Ruben Ortiz Jr. of Barstow, TX

His Grandmother Irene Dominguez of Pecos, Texas and Grandfather Jesus Garcia of Pecos, Tx. He is also survived by his Aunts: Lucy Ortega of San Antonio, Tx.; Enriqueta Prieto of Pecos, and Maria Ortega of Pecos, Texas. His Uncles; Manny Rayos of Pecos, Mario Rayos of Pecos, Tx; Jesse Rayos of Carlsbad, NM.; Johnny Rayos of Long Beach, Calif.; Joseph Dominguez of Fresno, Calif, Eric Dominguez of Fresno, Calif, Jacob Dominguez of Fresno, Calif., and Butch Dominguez of Pecos, Tx.

Pallbears will be Mark Prieto, Joseph Prieto, Marc Anthony Salas, Ruben Ortiz Jr, and Ramon Garcia

Visitation will be held on Wednesday Dec. 18, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday Dec. 19. 2019 from 9:00 am to 9:00 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel

Rosary will be held on Thursday Dec. 19, 2019 at 7:30 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday Dec. 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Word of Hope Christian Church with Rev Lee Serrano Officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.
