Joe Nunez

Joe S. Nunez, 68, of Midland, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014.

Rosary will be on Monday December 15, 2014 at 7:00PM at the Pecos Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will start at 10:00AM at the Pecos Funeral Home Chapel, and burial will follow at Mount Evergreen Cemetery.

Joe was born in Pecos, TX to Francisco and Nora Nunez on April 13, 1946. Joe graduated from Pecos High School in 1964. He went on to Saint Marries University of San Antonio and graduated with an Associate Degree. Joe married Angelica Bernal on July 24, 2004. Joe was an entrepreneur and for 30 years and owned his own company Midland Geophysical. Joes second great love was his 1971 Chevelle race car.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Nora Nunez and his son Marcos Nunez.

Joe is survived by his wife Angelica, his sons Ben Nunez, Javier Diaz, and Martin Diaz. His Daughters Nancy Nunez Compton and Elizabeth Diaz, and five grandchildren.
