Josefa Herrera

Josefa F. Herrera, 84, of Pecos TX., passed away on January 28, 2020 in Odessa TX.

Rosary will be held on Monday February 3, 2020 beginning at 7:30 PM at Pecos Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin Sunday February 2, 2020 from 12:00 to 8:00 PM and Monday February 3, 2020 visitation will begin at 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, at Pecos Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday February 4, 2020 at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church with Father De La Cruz officiating.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.

Josefa F. Herrera was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico to Maria Gomez & Fransisco Flores on August 27, 1935.  She married Lamberto T. Herrera Sr. in Pecos TX., She was the owner of Desiree's Boutique located in Pecos, TX for over 25 years.  She was a devoted Catholic and Guadalupana.

She is preceded in death by her her parents, Fransisco and Maria G. Flores, two sisters Modesta Flores and Adela Rivera, as well as two brothers Manuel Flores and Santiago Flores.

Josefa is survived by her husband Lamberto T. Herrera Sr., one daughter Linda H. Rubio, three sons Saul F. Herrera, Bobby F. Herrera (Flor) and Lamberto T. Herrera Jr. (Rosa) all of Pecos, TX.  One brother Jose Flores (Chelo). Grandchildren, Andrea H. Brito (Martin), Desiree Moreno (Mario), Lamberto T. Herrera III (Amber), Rebecca H. Rubio, Robert V. Herrera, Dalilah Herrera, Angel Herrera, & Alexa Herrera.  Great-grandchildren Bryson Brito, Aiden Herrera, Lincoln Herrera, Mario Moreno Jr., step grandson Uriel Velador.

Pallbearers will be Lamberto T. Herrera III, Robert V. Herrera, Hector Aguilar Sr., Hector Aguilar Jr., Frank Flores, and Santiago Flores Jr.
