Jose "Joe" Chavarria

Jose (Joe) Jil Chavarria, 71, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 in Wylie, TX due to complications of recent illness.
He was born March 12, 1951 to Domingo and Juana Chabarria in Pecos, TX.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday February 28th at 10:00 a.m. at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church.
Interment will be at Petrolio Cemetery with military honors.
Visitation will be held Monday February 27, 2023 9:00 A.M.- 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be held at 7:00 P.M.
Joe was a quiet man who loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved being outdoors, loved to hunt, and was an avid gardener.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Chavarria, daughter Monica, son Eric, and daughter Nikki and her husband Danny Collard Jr.; siblings Guadalupe Villela, Domingo Chabarria, Manuel Chabarria, Jesus Chabarria, and Anna Kendall; grandchildren Abigale Chavarria, Angel Chabarrria, Peyton Collard, Bella Collard, Olivia Collard, and Landry Collard; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Domingo and Juana Chabarria, brother Francisco Chabarria, Modesta Munoz, and Leonarda Dominguez.
