Kelly Maureen B. Noland

Kelly Maureen Blanchard Noland 64, of Midland, Texas passed peacefully at home on February 17, 2025.

Kelly was born on November 19, 1960 in Pecos, Texas to James Clark Blanchard and Lenora Zerelda Kelly Blanchard.

Kelly was preceded in death by her parents.

Kelly is survived by her daughter, Jessica Bragg of San Angelo, Texas her son, Oliver Noland (partner Reagan Kramer) of Midland, Texas and her grandson Rowan Noland. Kelly is also survived by her brother Robert Martin “Bobby” Blanchard of Ft. Stockton, Texas, her sister Lisa Lynn St. John of Midland, Texas, her sister Tanya Kay Kiehne (husband Zane) of Pecos, Texas and numerous nephews and nieces.

Kelly spent her childhood living in Pecos, Texas. Later, Kelly worked for Industrial Communications in Pecos, Texas for Pool Trucking in Ft. Stockton, Texas and for Garrison Contractors in Ft. Stockton, Texas.

Kelly and her mother had a special bond and a great love for each other. When Kelly was 26 years old, she donated a kidney to her mother.

Kelly was a very talented and creative person who loved arts and crafts. She made mosaics and stained glass and played the piano.

Kelly will be deeply missed by family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held in Kelly’s honor and she will be laid to rest beside her father and mother
