Lucio “Rene” Delgado, 59, beloved Father, Husband, Son, Step-father, Grandfather, and Friend, was called to his eternal resting place on January 18, 2023. He entered into this world on September 25, 1963 in Pecos, TX, born to Lino and Celia Delgado.
Rene is preceded in death by his parents, Lino and Celia Delgado, his brothers Humberto Delgado and George Zermeno, and his nephew Jonah Delgado.
Rene is survived by his wife Misty Delgado; daughter Dyamie Baker (James); daughter Jackee Delgado (Ronnie); daughter Brianna Delgado; step-son Clifton Ikeler; brother Mario Zermeno (Patricia); sister's Roxanne Hernandez (Robert) & Selena Delgado; brother Sergio Delgado (Lupita); sister in-law Celia Zermeno; grandson Hunter; granddaughter Averie; granddaughter Aspen; grandson Maverick; grandson Jeremiah; granddaughter Tatum; grandson Ace; grandson Lyric; granddaughter Ellie Rae; and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Clifton Ikeler; Steve Macareno; Ronnie Navarrette; James Baker; Jay Galindo; Hunter Baker; Gary Hill; Robert Lopez
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mario Zermeno; Robert Hernandez; Sergio Delgado
Visitation for Lucio will be held on Monday January 30, 2023 from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Pecos Funeral Home in Pecos, Texas
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00am at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church, Burial to follow at Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, Texas.
