Maria Rodriguez

Maria Gonzlaez Rodriguez Entered the gates of Heaven on September 7, 2019 in Pecos, Texas at the age of 96.

Visitation for Maria will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. and Thursday September 12, 2019 from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. A Rosary will be recited for Maria on Thursday September 12, 2019 at 7:30 pm.

Mass will be celebrated on Friday September 13, 2019, 10:00 am at Our Lady of Refuge in Barstow, Texas.

Burial will follow at Barstow Cemetery.

Maria was born in Barstow, Texas to Tomas and Longina Gonzalez on April 8, 1923. She attended school in Barstow.

In 1936 She married Felix Rodriguez, together they had six children, Lydia, Cruz, Elfida, Susan, Reyes & Manuel Rodriguez. Maria was a housewife and took care of her kids. She was devout catholic with Our Lady of Refuge in Barstow. Maria was also a Gudalupana.

She is proceeded in death by Her husband Felix Rodriguez, Her daughters; Lydia Bitolas, Cruz Anaya, Elfida Griffin and Susan Rodriguez.

She is survived by her two sons; Reyes and Norina Rodriguez of Pecos, Manuel Rodriguez of Barstow.

The Pallbearers for Maria will be Eloy Salas, Larry Anaya, Bob Rodriguez, Richard Rodriguez, Andrew Rodriguez
