Nancy "Suki" Orona

Nancy "Suki" Garcia Orona, 54, of Pecos, Tx passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 in El Paso, Tx. Nancy was born in Pecos, Tx. to Jose and Tomasa Orona on February 28, 1967. She went to school at Pecos High School and graduated in 1986. She worked as a cashier at Walmart and La Tienda for many years. She was a Reynita for Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and taking rides all over town, She was a friendly person and was the life of the party. She had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Tomasa Orona, her brothers; Bibiano and Jesus "Chuna" Silvas, he nephews Melvin Jr Orona, James Roy Ybarra and Javier "Chapo" Machuca.

Nancy is survived by her husband Ismael Lopez, her son Nikko Joe Orona, her daughter Nicole Orona Lopez, her brothers Fred (Blaza) Orona, Melvin "Melo" (Susie) Orona, Tommy "Mimbo" Orona, Moe (Vicki) Orona, Ray Orona and Joe (Gloria) Orona, her sisters Daquina Machuca and Sandy (Adalberto) Rodriguez, plus several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Mallory Leann Orona, Larry Orona, Joey Orona, Christin Rodriguez. Fred JR Orona, Alejandro Machuca, Cheyenne Aguirre, Xavier Machuca, Miguel Natividad III, and Evan Jayce Orona.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 9 am to 9 pm, with rosary at 7:30 pm, at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.
