Odelio "La China" Lopez

Odelio   "La China" C. Lopez, 71 of Saragosa, Tx., passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Odessa Regional Hospital. He was born August 27, 1949 in Ojinaga Chih. Mexico to Rosa and Presiliano Lopez. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator and a Catholic.

Odelio is remembered for his love and perseverance in life, his presence would always light up any room as he always had a joke or two to tell. Odelio loves heavy machinery and was blessed to have held jobs with Capitol Aggregates, Jones Bros. Construction till his final employment wit Kiewit Construction doing what he did best as Loader Operator. He loved baseball and was easy going but his most pride and joy were his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Rosa and Presiliano Lopez, Brothers; Gilberto, Gerardo, Cruz, Anib "Mitt" and Baudelio Lopez. Sister; Inez Lujan all of Ojinaga Chih. Mexico.

Those left to cherish his memories; Wife Adela Lopez, Son; Eddie Lopez (Yessy), and Daughter; Debbie Dominguez and husband (Edmundo Sr.).

Visitation; Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with Holy Rosary Recited at 7 p.m., Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Saragosa, Tx., burial will follow at Saragosa Cemetery in Saragosa Texas.
