Paul Hignojos

Paul “Pablo” Bueno Hignojoz, 87 of Pecos, passed away on Saturday on January 16th , 2021 in Pecos, Texas.

Paul was born in Colorado City in Texas) to Calistro and Teresa Hignojos on April 15, 1933. He went to school in Pecos. He worked as a machinist for PH Machine shop. for over 30 years He was a musician, played several instruments, especially the acoustic guitar. He loved the music de Los Trios de Los Panchos.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents Calistro and Teresa Hignojos, His sons Paul Hignojoz Jr. and Joel Hignojoz. His Brothers Jesus Hinojos and Manuel Hinojos. His Sisters, Katy Hernandez, Celia Tarango and Rachel Ramirez.

Paul is survived by his sons, George and his wife Lisa Hignojoz, Sammy and his wife Naomi Hignojoz, and Harvey and his wife Angela Hignojoz from Dinuba, California. His daughters Sylvia Natividad from Pecos, Margie and husband Rene Navarrette from Midland, Tx. His Brother Antonio and wife Belzora Hinojoz, His sisters, Cruz Gomez from Tracy, California, Teresa and husband Tony Herrera from Pecos.

26 Grandchildren, 50 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Paul is also survived by several nieces and nephews from Pecos.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel at 9am. to 4pm., Rosary will at 2:00 p.m. at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery with the Father Cruz of Santa Rosa De Lima Church officiating.

Pallbearers will be: Hector Tarango, Armando Hinojos, Robert Ramirez, Tony Hinojoz, Paul Hignojoz III, Jeremy Ramirez, Hector Matta and Jay Hinojos.

DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES, ONLY 50 IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALOUD IN THE FUNERAL HOME.
