Polly L. Munoz

Polly Licon Munoz, 79, of Pecos, Texas passed away on January 27, 2025 in Pecos, Texas.

Polly Munoz was born in Marfa, Texas to Sevariano and Irene Licon on January 26, 1946. She was a lifelong Pecos Resident, A homemaker and a Catholic. She was a Member of De Colores.

Polly Munoz is preceded in death by her loving husband Salome Munoz, Jr., her parents Sevariano and Irene Licon, her brothers Sevariano Licon Jr., Armando Licon, Manuel “Lincoln” Licon, sisters Belia Montoya, Cruzita Licon and son Luis Licon.

She is survived by her sister Maria Cobos. brothers Daniel Licon and Albert Licon. Her children Gloria (Ruben) Tarango, Melissa (Gilbert) Valles and Thomas (Star) Munoz. 8 grandchildren, 4 step granddaughters and 13 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be, Jesse, JT, Kevin, Junior, Zach, Edward, Robert, and Tommy.

Visitation for Polly will be held on Monday, February 03, 2025 from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Pecos Funeral Home. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 am on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home
