Robert Fabrygel

Robert Louis Fabrygel, 90 of Pecos Texas passed away on Wednesday January 17, 2018 in Pecos Texas.
Robert was born to Louis and Katherine Fabygel in Robstown Texas on August 4, 1927.
He graduated from Blessing High School, and was drafted in the U.S. Army, and served in Germany during World War II. When he returned home he went to work for Texaco and was drafted into the U.S. Army for a second time to serve in the Korean War.
After his second tour of duty he moved to Pecos, Texas and resumed his employment with Texaco. It was then that he met and married the love of his life, Beverly Vaughn Fabrygel. After 24 years with Texaco and 20 years with Duvall Sulphur Company, Robert retired and enjoyed the rest of his days in Pecos.
Robert was a life member of the American Legion.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Robert is survived by three brothers Anton Fabrygel, Louis Fabrygel Jr.; Frank Fabrygel. Also survived by three sisters: Rose Smith, Helen Mozley; and Anne Savage. And numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Feb. 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Fairview Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home.
