Rosie M. Lara

Rosie M. Lara, 51, of Pecos, Tx. passed away on December 24, 2024 in Amarillo, Texas. Rosie was born on February 25, 1973 to Juan Morales and Gomcinda Rodriguez Morales in Pecos, Tx. Rosie married the love of her life Esteban Lara on May 29, 2004 in Pecos, Tx., she was a Catholic and a life time Pecos resident.

Rosie M. Lara is preceded in death by her parents Juan Morales and Gomcinda Rodriguez Morales, and brother Juan Morales Jr..

Rosie M. Lara is survived by her spouse Esteban Lara, four nephews Andrew Lara, Matthew Lara, James Lara, and Josiah Barrentos Lara and one niece JoLynn Barrentos Lara, sisters Pola Reyes, and Catarina Esparza, and brother Felipe Morales, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 10:30 am to 9 pm with Rosary at Pecos Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 10 am at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Pecos, Tx with Interment following at Petrolio Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Esteban Lara, Andrew Lara, Matthew Lara, James Lara, Michael Lujan, and Joe Barrentos, Honorary Pallbearers are JoLynn Barrentos Lara and Josiah Barrentos Lara.
