Sabina Jaso

Sabina O. Jaso was born in Pecos, TX to Angel and Trine Olguin on October 27, 1937. She attended school at Pecos Independent School District. She married Leonel Jaso on October 31, 1951 in Pecos. Sabina earned her General Education Diploma (as a grandmother), worked outside the home, and served in various Catholic Church activities.

Sabina is preceded in death by her parents Angel and Trine Olguin, her husband Leonel, her daughter Betty Zakshesky, and her siblings Domingo Olguin, Dominga Olguin, Yolanda Salas. She is survived by her daughters Mary Alice Morris, Susie Villalobos and Mary Helen Griesinger, and her sons Eddie Jaso, David Jaso and Jesse Jaso, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday June 28, 2021 from 9 am. to 9 pm. at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel, Rosary will be at 7pm.  Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10 am at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Interment will follow after service at Mt. Evergeen Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Jaso, Sammy Rodriguez, Ryan Salcido, Angel Lara, Damian Perea, Chanin Villalobos.
