Lee, Sue 98, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister aunt and business woman, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2022, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Sue was born in Santa Rita, New Mexico to Berry and Hattie (Moffett) Buckalew. She was a proud member of the Society of People Born in Space, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, First Presbyterian Church, 20th Century Club and 4-H Adult Leaders for decades.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Cecil Jim Lee, parents; Little Berry Champion Buckalew, and Hattie Buckalew.

She is survived by her 4 sons; Charles (Beth) Lee, Clay (Ellen) Lee, Curtis (Sharon) Lee, and Cecil (Melanie) Lee. From this family they had 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Sue’s passions in life were her family, church and community.

She will be missed by never forgotten by all those lives she touched, God Speed Sue!

Graveside services are planned for Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, with Pastor Randy Foster presiding.
