Sylvia Hernandez

Sylvia Barrón Hernandez 56, formerly of Pecos, Texas left us all too soon. She passed away peacefully at Providence Sierra Hospital on Saturday July the 25, 2020 in El Paso, TX

Sylvia was born in El Paso, Texas to Samuel and Isabel Barrón on September 23, 1963.

She was a beloved sister of 10 siblings, a loving mother of 3 and a grandmother of 9. She had a love for bliss, lashes, and glam, she loved sunflowers and enjoyed some good ole Pecos Eagle baseball.

Sylvia was a Catholic Christian, she was full of laughter and adventures, she loved unconditionally, was filled with zeal and lived life to the fullest. She was a faithful servant always ready to help and be at the service of others.

She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Isabel Barrón, brothers Samuel Barrón Jr., Jesus Barrón and Sister Elvia Barrón.

She is survived by her children Rodolfo "Fito" Hernandez III, and wife Isamarii of Pecos, Tx., Vanessa Hernandez, of Pecos, TX and Desiree Hernandez of El Paso, TX.

Two brothers Jorge "Arturo" Barrón, and wife Isabel, Daniel Barrón and wife Mawie. Four sisters Elizabeth Lopez, Gloria Rodriguez and husband Heriberto, Estela Barrón, and Velia Barrón all of Pecos, TX.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren Alijah, Luke, Cezar, Joseph, Matthew, Makayla, Madilynn, Maddox, Mirabella, and numerous nieces and nephews.

DUE to Covid-19 Visitation is set for only 40 persons Monday August 3, 2020 from 10am-4pm, Tuesday August 4, 2020 from 9am- 4pm with a rosary being recited at 2pm by Beatrice Machuca at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel social distancing guidelines apply, and masks are required inside the Chapel.

Funeral services are set for 10am Wednesday August 5, 2020 at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lee Serrano officiating. Same Covid-19 guidelines apply.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Arturo Barrón, Daniel Barrón, Joaquin Mata, Christopher Barrón, Miguel Angel Jurado, Barnabaz Rodriguez, Matthew Contreras Jr., and Alijah Hernandez.
