Vicenta Jaquez, 84 of Pecos, TX passed away on December 17, 2018 in Midland, Tx.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, Dec. 19 for the public 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and on Thursday, Dec 20 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at Pecos Funeral Home. And from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at Santa Rosa Catholic Church, with a rosary to be said at 7:00 pm at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Mass will be on Friday, December 21 at noon with Father Fabian officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.
Vicenta was born in Toyah, Texas to Amador and Magdalena Gochicoa on July 21, 1934.
She married Sebero Jaquez on December 26, 1951.
Vicenta was preceded in death by her husband Sebero, her parents Amador and Magdalena Gochicoa, her brother Antonio Gochicoa, sister Maria de Jesus Lujan, grandson Michael Jeffery Garcia and Great grand daughter Mia Navaeh Granado.
Vicenta is survived by 12 Children, Grace Anna Jaquez, Sylvia Garcia, Margie Pena, Sebero Jaquez Jr, Martha Chavez, Jaime Jaquez, Michael Jaquez, Phillip Jaquez, Mary Lerma, Geneva Ramirez, Edwin Jaquez, and Ernest Perez.
33 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers and honorary Pallbearers are all her grandchildren.
